Trinket Dishes
Trinket dishes are fun and easy to make. You can use any shape you like, but I prefer the heart-shaped dishes.
Here are the supplies you will need:
1. Clear resin.
2. Resin coloring
3. Ceramic dishes
4. Resin blow gun to create waves.
5. Tiny shells
I bought all my supplies on Amazon.com.
Choose the color you would like to use in your clear resin and keep adding one drop at a time until you've created the perfect blue you want. Then add a drop or two of opaque white resin and use you blow gun to spread it around the resin to create the wave effect. With the trinket dish above, I added white sand and glued it to the bottom of the dish. Then I added my tiny shells and poured clear resin over that part.
The next day, I added light blue resin and added white opaque drops to create the wave effect with my blow gun.
It takes 24 hours for the resin to dry completely. Remember: Have fun!
Until unext time . . .
